We take a look back over our first year…
Join us taking a look back over the past year as we celebrate Petite Piccolo turning one. We want to thank our customers for following us on our journey, since the launch of our first four products it’s been a whirlwind of growth and we wanted to share our first year highlights with you.
Starting off with, where it all began and Petite Piccolo was born, ‘petite’ meaning ‘small’ and ‘piccolo’, meaning half –sized flute, referencing the breathable fabrics we use, just like a flute with its holes.
Our first products where designed in house and hand drawn, in this range a feather design or stars and moon design are represented. Feathers symbolise safety and protection. Stars and moon illustrates the presence of love and calmness. The Range includes the Luna Blanket, Hooded Towel Set and our Muslin Swaddle Blankets.
You may have seen us featured in magazines such as: @mother and baby, @ Pregnancy & Parenting, @ My Baba @A Nursery Today & @Mummy & Me magazines.
Our aim when starting out was to create a product not only suitable for babies but also parents can rely on, the Petite Piccolo range offers a variety of breathable fabrics that absorb wetness, but are both multi-functional and versatile, it’s great to see so many parents and celebrities loving our products, the likes of @Eva Longoria and @Vogue Williams have been spotted out with our Muslin Swaddle blankets.
Most recently we were awarded with Bizziebaby Gold Awards 2019 for all 3 products; Luna Blanket, Muslin Swaddle Blankets and Hooded Towel set, we are incredibly happy our products have won this year! Here’s what the Independent Mothers who tested our product say…
“I wish they made them to fit me as it looked so snug to be wrapped up, I also liked the fact that it was a neutral colour as most things seem to be either blue or pink. I was a lovely addition to have the washcloth too as a softer alternative to a sponge. We will be taking both with us when our little one stays in hospital.”
